Regional Essential Pharmacy is a DBA of F & F Helping Hands, INC. ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website only. How we handle your protected health information as a pharmacy patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and some information collected automatically when you visit.

• Contact details you submit through our forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, preferred language, preferred contact time, the name and city of your current pharmacy, and the topic or short message you send
• Your choices on our forms, such as interest in delivery, Med Sync or a health class, and whether you agreed to receive text messages
• Campaign and referral data, such as UTM parameters in the link you used, the page you first landed on and the website that referred you
• Analytics data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you interact with the site
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below

What we do not collect

Our web forms are not designed to collect health information. We do not ask for medication names, diagnoses, conditions, date of birth, insurance numbers or other health details through this website. Text messages (SMS)

If you submit your mobile number and agree, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Regional Essential Pharmacy, including account notifications (such as refill and pickup reminders) and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf.

Email club

If you join our email club, we use your email address to send health tips, product news and discounts. We never sell your email address or other personal information. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies, analytics and ad pixels

We may use cookies, small storage files and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your language choice and understand site traffic. We may use services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, store form submissions, send messages and measure traffic, and only as needed to provide those services. We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or de identify them. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the services we use.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
